What is CB Equine Services?

CB Equine Services is a full-service equestrian center in Durant, Oklahoma, servicing Oklahoma, North Texas, and surrounding areas.

My passion is strengthening the bond between people and horses through professional horse training and management. From colt starting and conditioning to performance maintenance and rodeo training, I am here to help.

I understand that life can get busy and take time away from training your horse and keeping their skills fresh. As a professional trainer with years of experience, I enjoy helping horse owners keep on top of their horse's training to ensure they are safe to ride.

Another popular service I provide is private or group horseback riding lessons for all ages. My lessons are tailored to those who want to learn how to ride or need a refresher after a while out of the saddle. I offer quality instruction in western disciplines such as Ranch Riding, Reining, Cutting, and Rodeo events with all levels of experience and interest.

Here is a little bit about me.

I'm 27 years old and live in Durant, OK. I grew up in Knoxville, TN, and fell in love with horses at an early age. Throughout school, I showed competitively in English and Western events. After I graduated high school, I received my certification as a therapeutic riding instructor and taught children and adults with disabilities how to ride horses. As I continued to teach lessons, I began to gain an appreciation for western disciplines and started to show in western events. I moved to TX in 2014 for a job as the equestrian director at a ranch for troubled teens. Since then, I have continued to grow in my personal riding and now specialize in all-around western events. My goal in teaching others how to ride is to give them the skills necessary to succeed, form relationships with my clients, and help my students grow to be strong, confident, and responsible adults.
